In this exhibition “Agrios”, Komatis creates a bold collection of works, the name “Agrios” is the Greek word for “Wild” – a nod to the “Fauve” art movement of the early 20th century, which continues to inspire Komatis’ work.
The majority of his work, both figurative and landscape, is quickly captured live in bold line and vibrant color, followed by extensive studio work to complete.
EXHIBITION: ‘REMINISCENCE’ by Loan Chabanol
April 01, 2025 – May 31, 2025
Opening Reception: April 03, 2025. 5pm – 8pm.
With ‘REMINISCENCE’, Loan Chabanol returns to where it all began – a journey through nostalgia, deep reflection and personal memories.
It all started with an animal, a horse – a spirit she connected with as a child, embodying freedom, intuition, and an unspoken bond that shaped her artistic expression.
Through this series, she revisits those early emotions, transforming them into visual echoes of whispered memories.
